The eligibility period for the 2025 GEMA Africa covers work that was first made public/launched between 6 September 2024 to 5 September 2025.

THE FINE PRINT

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All entries must be paid in full prior to the judging period in order to qualify for judging.

If payment has not been received, the entry will automatically be disqualified and no refund will be provided.

A bank service fee of USD$50 will be added to your invoice when payment is made via bank transfer.

Bank charges cannot be deducted from the amount remitted.

Credit card payments are also available with a 5% credit card fee.

WITHDRAWAL OF SUBMISSION
